Refund Policy – IEXCEL LEARNING SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.

AIMA PROGRAMS

Fee Refund on Admission Cancellation

FULL REFUND

In case of withdrawal of programme by AIMA-CME or rejection of registration form (on account of non-fulfilment of eligibility criterion as per admission policy for the session) full fee will be refunded to the candidate at his/her mailing address within one month from the date of receipt of registration form (OMR Form) in AIMA-CME.

PARTIAL REFUND

If an application for cancellation of admission is received in AIMA-CME before the dispatch of study material from AIMA-CME, the form processing charges (Rs. 500/- only) will be deducted from the fee. Balance fee will be refunded to the candidate at his/her mailing address within one month from the date of receipt of his/her application in AIMA-CME.

If an application for cancellation of admission is received in AIMA-CME after the dispatch of study material from AIMA-CME, the form processing charges and cost of study material (Rs. 4,000/- only) will be deducted from the fee. Balance fee will be refunded to the candidate at his/her mailing address within one month from the date of receipt of his/her application.

NO REFUND

Applications for cancellation of admission / refund of fee will not be considered after the commencement of PCPs.

For Degree and Other Trainings Certificate Programs offered from Universities or Business school.

Refund policies for degree and Other certificate programs are established and administered by the university or B-school or institution offering the program. Refund policies are communicated to students by IEXCEL’s the admission partner of university / B-School/ Institution, also please refer website of respective university/ Business School, IEXCEL will facilitate to enable the process.

In case of refund is allowed as per the policy of the University or B-School or institute candidate need to fill in the form as per the prescribed format from the organization and submit the same along with required documents to concerned department in the university / B-school / Institute.

Refund Policy for Online Program’s offered by IEXCEL.

IEXCEL does not offer refunds for payments made for Online Programs / Courses. If you do not earn your completion certificate within 90 days after registering for Program’s / Courses, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enrol for the Program / Courses, in order to complete the Program/ Courses, and earn your completion certificate. However, if you’re taking a course through your company or organization (e.g. IEXCEL for Business, IEXCEL for Governments or Organizations, IEXCEL for Refugees, or other IEXCEL Social Good programs) then you can earn your certificate as long as your company’s contract with IEXCEL is active and your access has not expired in accordance with the terms of that contract. Similarly, refunds and cancellations will also be governed by the terms of that contract between your organization and IEXCEL. If you have subscribed through a third-party marketplace that restricts IEXCEL‘s ability to issue refunds — e.g., in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, please visit the third-party marketplace for information regarding their policies.
