Objectives of this Role

• Experience in complete Recruitment ( IT and NON-IT) Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection
• Managing end to end Recruitment/Staffing activities of Permanent/Contract staffing Hiring of Clients
• Working knowledge of India IT recruitment is must
• Must be a target driven and result oriented person
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
• Bulk / Mass hiring
• Good communication skills both Verbal and Written
