We are hiring for an MNC – UPI Related Voice & Chat Process

The position of Customer Support Executive for UPI based Process in Delhi and This process consists of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, analyzing customer problems, and handling and resolving complaints

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Location: Delhi
Desired Experience: 0-1 Year

Minimum Qualification: 10+2+3

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Customer Service Process
  • Resolving Customer Complaints brought to the attention
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Serves customers by providing products and service information and resolving product and service problems

Skills Set:

  • Ability to converse in English and Hindi .
  • Excellent Interpersonal and oral Communication Skills .
  • Basic Computer Skills .
  • Good communication skills including (listening, empathy, ability to manage irate customers)
  • Typing speed: average 38 – 40 wpm
